Lucyd sells on lucyd.co plus several marketplaces. Where you bought changes how returns and refunds work — but our 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty applies everywhere.

The single most important thing to know: Lucyd doesn’t issue refunds on marketplace orders. That’s not a policy choice — it’s because the marketplace holds your payment. Refunds happen on the marketplace side.

Hybrid: marketplace frame + Lucyd prescription lenses
If you bought the frame on Amazon but Lucyd cut the prescription lenses for you, that’s a “hybrid” order. The Rx work is handled by Lucyd, not by Amazon. Contact us directly with both order references.
