How returns, refunds, and warranty work for Lucyd orders placed on TikTok Shop.

Returns and refunds

TikTok Shop holds your payment — not Lucyd. So refunds are processed by TikTok, not by us.

Inside TikTok’s return window:

1. Open the TikTok app → You → Orders → After-sales / Returns.
2. Select your Lucyd order and start the return.
3. Follow TikTok’s instructions.
4. TikTok processes the refund once they receive the item.

Outside TikTok’s return window: TikTok won’t process a return, but our 1-year warranty still covers manufacturing defects.

Warranty replacement (manufacturing defects)

Our 1-year warranty applies to every Lucyd unit, including TikTok Shop orders. If you have a defective unit:

1. Contact us with:
   • Your TikTok Shop order number (18-digit numeric)
   • Screenshot of the original order receipt
   • A short video showing the defect
   • Your full name, shipping address, phone number
2. We review and, if eligible, ship a replacement direct from our Miami warehouse.
