How returns work at Lucyd — different rules depending on where you bought.

The return process depends on where you bought your Lucyd glasses. Pick the path that applies:

Bought on lucyd.co?

• 7-day return window from delivery confirmation.
• Frame + standard shipping are refundable.
• Custom lenses are non-refundable in all cases.

Bought on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or Meta?

• Refunds are processed by the marketplace, not by Lucyd.
• Use the marketplace’s own returns flow within their window.
• Our 1-year warranty still applies to every unit, marketplace or DTC.

Bought at a retail store (Target, Best Buy, an optical shop)?

• Refunds and returns go through that store, under their policy — we don’t hold your payment, so we can’t refund it.
• But our 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty still applies. Contact us directly — no order number needed, a store receipt works as proof of purchase.

International orders
